Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, operates a fast-paced shuttle service at the Milwaukee garage. The role involves supporting daily operations, assisting customers, and helping maintain equipment under the guidance of the Facility Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a minimal high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends. DOT medical card is required, and prior shuttle operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent plus minimal related experience or training.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Possess a valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards per policy.
