Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of supervisory experience in transportation, a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for various shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for second/third shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shuttle operation.
• Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage client relations and HR tasks (hiring, termination, training).
• Handle accounting duties (accounts payable, payroll, petty cash).
• Monitor safety plans and claim processing; improve safety measures.
• Maintain shuttle fleet operations, security, and cash control.
