Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, in Portland, OR, is seeking staff to support day-to-day shuttle operations. You will help manage operations within contractual guidelines, assist customers, and participate in efforts to improve client satisfaction.

A CDL Class A or B license with passenger endorsement may be required depending on location, plus DOT medical card and shift availability. The role requires minimal high school education or equivalent, some related experience, and the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Per DOT Regulations, you will be required to have and maintain a valid CDL Class A or B Driver’s License depending on the location's hiring needs, with Passenger Endorsement if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
