Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a capable supervisor for its Milwaukee location to oversee shuttle drivers, parkers, and daily operations. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction and ensure accurate closing reports are completed.

Requires at least one year of supervisory experience in transportation or parking, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT Medical Card. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate; some college a plus.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience; DOT shuttle ops a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and DOT Medical Card required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day location management and supervise staff.
• Oversee shuttle drivers and monitoring of shuttle operations.
• Ensure proper customer interaction and closing reports.
• Monitor revenue controls and daily revenue data entry.
