Job summary

SP+ in Milwaukee is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily shuttle operations and revenue control for our parking locations. You will lead drivers and attendants, ensure customer interactions, and help manage daily reports and closing paperwork.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in transportation or parking, a valid driver's license, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be needed. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; some college is a plus.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience; DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card.
• Availability for second/third shift and weekends may be required.
• Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, union contracts, and payroll is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and shuttle bus operations.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction and closing reports.
• Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily data entry of revenue reports.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
