Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, via SP+ operations in New York, is seeking a Shuttle Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day shuttle activities within contractual guidelines. You will foster professional client relations and support the facility manager with safety and maintenance tasks.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma, a valid license, and a DOT Medical Card, with potential for 2nd/3rd shift and weekend work. Strong customer service mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and good driving record.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) is required.
• Availability to work special shifts including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure knowledge of shuttle operations, routes, landmarks and major roads in the garage area.
• Complete other duties as needed.
