The role emphasizes courteous customer service, strong communication, and adaptability to shift requirements. CDL/DOT readiness and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred
• Ability to meet CDL requirements per location as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents per policy.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and safety practices.
• Notify Facility Manager of accidents or safety concerns.
• Have knowledge of shuttle routes, landmarks, and area.
