Job summary

SP+ oversees maintenance operations for a DOT shuttle service, supervising staff and coordinating schedules and quality control. The role requires ensuring deadlines are met through daily inspections and hands-on leadership in cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Prior progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
• Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.
• DOT Medical Card (medical certification) required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal EPA regulations and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a DOT shuttle operation.
• Prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules; assign, perform, and supervise work.
• Oversee daily functions of maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections on cleaning, maintenance and repair projects.
• Perform other duties including power washing, striping, sweeping and painting.
