SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a shuttle operations assistant in Oakland. The role focuses on day-to-day management of shuttle activities, client relations, and adherence to location-specific contractual guidelines.

You will support a professional image and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations. The position requires a minimal high school diploma, possible CDL endorsement, and a valid DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience may be required.
• CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement per DOT needs.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Clear and effective oral communication and active listening.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds; physical stamina for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of daily location activities and duties.
• Courteously assist customers and promote professional image.
• Maintain and repair shuttle equipment as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety violations to Facility Manager.
