Job summary

SP+ is seeking a shuttle operation assistant in Oakland, CA to help manage daily activities, assist customers, and support maintenance and safety tasks. The role requires CDL qualifications per location, strong customer service, and clear communication. Shift flexibility may be needed to meet location requirements.

The successful candidate will help ensure operations adhere to contractual guidelines and company policies while contributing to client satisfaction in a dynamic shuttle environment.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of shuttle operations, routes, and landmarks in the area.
