Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring for a shuttle operations role in Oakland. The position supports day-to-day shuttle management, focuses on client relations, and adheres to DOT safety and training requirements.

General duties include assisting with location operations, vehicle maintenance, and customer service. Shift flexibility and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimal related experience or training.
• DOT regulations require CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Shift availability may include 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Clear verbal communication and listening; ability to read and interpret information.
• Customer service mindset with positive attitude.
• Able to adapt to changing work environment and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment in daily tasks.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations at the location.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.
• Know the shuttle operation area, routes, landmarks, and highways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
