Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior related month experience or training preferred.
• Supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• CDL Class A or B License with Passenger Endorsement as required.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Clear and effective oral communication skills; written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and respond to requests.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and related tasks.
• Have thorough knowledge of shuttle routes, streets, landmarks, and major corridors.
• Complete other duties as needed.
