Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, operates as a leading real-world AI-powered shuttle service. The role supports day-to-day shuttle operations, service quality, and client relations at assigned locations in Des Moines.

You will participate in activities to ensure contractual compliance and safety. Candidates should have a minimal high school diploma, a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement for large buses, and a current DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent; minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• License: CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement if operating buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation within contractual guidelines.
• Foster client relations and maintain professional image.
• Help with day-to-day activities at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general tasks as directed.
