Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking CDL-certified shuttle operation staff in San Diego. This role supports daily shuttle management, delivers polite customer service, and maintains safety standards at the location.

Key duties include assisting with location operations, reporting incidents, and ensuring adherence to DOT regulations. Must have CDL, DOT Medical Card, and be able to work varying shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• DOT regulations require CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shift or weekends as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Improve client and customer satisfaction through service quality.
• Assist with management duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of shuttle routes, roads, landmarks for operations.
