Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage daily operations at a busy parking location in Kentucky. You will oversee shuttle drivers and attendants, ensure accurate reporting, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive leadership.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, a valid CDL, and DOT medical certification. Strong computer skills and flexibility for shifts are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate; some college is a plus.
• At least one year of supervisory experience; DOT-regulated shuttle ops experience a plus.
• CDL Class A/B/C license with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, union contracts and payroll is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and shuttle operations.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction; supervise closing reports.
• Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily revenue data entry and reports.
• Compile and interpret daily operational reports.
