Job summary

SP+ is seeking a shuttle operations team member in Salt Lake City. The role supports day-to-day shuttle activities, ensures service within contractual guidelines, and promotes professional client relations at the location.

Qualified applicants have a minimal high school diploma and a CDL license (Class A or B) with Passenger Endorsement. A DOT Medical Card is required, and shifts may include evenings, weekends, or 2nd/3rd shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement may be required depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operation within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and provide service.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Provide coverage as needed for various shuttle roles.
• Know the shuttle operation area, routes, landmarks and major streets.
