Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Location Supervisor in the Kansas City area to oversee shuttle drivers and parking operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and supervise closing reports while maintaining revenue controls.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma with supervisory experience, and a valid CDL-optional driver’s license. DOT Medical Card and availability for shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college a plus.
• At least one year of supervisory experience; experience in transportation/parking is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers and parking operations.
• Ensure proper customer interactions and closing reports.
• Monitor revenue control procedures and daily revenue data entry.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
