SP Plus Corporation in Windsor Locks, CT is hiring for a shuttle operations role. You will assist in day-to-day shuttle management within contractual guidelines, promote client satisfaction, and support maintenance tasks under the Facility Manager.

A CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement may be required depending on location. The role demands strong communication, customer service, adaptability, and solid judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training, DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• CDL Class A or B License with Passenger Endorsement depending on location hiring needs.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Clear and effective oral communication; ability to listen and seek clarification.
• Written communication: ability to read and interpret written information.
• Customer service mindset with positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment in decision making.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operation within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help manage day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and general maintenance as needed.
• Know shuttle operation routes, landmarks, and area geography.
