Job summary

SP+ is hiring for a shuttle operations role in Windsor Locks, CT. The position involves supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with location guidelines, and maintaining a professional image for clients.

Duties include assisting with vehicle maintenance, handling customer questions, and supporting safety and operations across the shuttle network. Qualified candidates will have a minimal high school education, possible CDL A/B depending on location, a valid DOT Medical Card, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Training or experience in DOT-regulated shuttle operations is preferred.
• CDL Class A or B driver’s license may be required depending on location with Passenger Endorsement if transporting 15+ passengers.
• A DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and other tasks as needed.
• Know all areas of shuttle operation, routes, landmarks and roads in the area.
