Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the DOT shuttle operation's maintenance and cleaning schedules. You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, and ensure safety and quality across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have CDL with Passenger Endorsement when applicable, DOT Medical Card, and strong communication skills. This role may require second/third shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
• Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• License Requirement: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement as needed by location.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal EPA Clean Water Act and local regulations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules with on-site manager.
• Conduct daily inspections to meet quality standards.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair activities including power washing, restriping, painting.
