Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, a leading real-world AI parking innovator, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee shuttle operation maintenance. You will coordinate schedules with the on-site manager, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for daily, weekly, and annual projects.

Qualifications

• Progressive supervisory or management experience in transportation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for second/third shifts and/or weekends as needed.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal EPA Clean Water Act and local regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules with the on-site manager.
• Oversee daily functions of the maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning and repair tasks, including power washing and painting.
