Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is the leading AI-powered real-world parking network. This role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement and a DOT medical card, ensuring safe shuttle operations and excellent customer service at our Des Moines facility.

Responsibilities include vehicle movement, facility upkeep, and assisting customers while adhering to DOT and safety standards. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with potential for varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• CDL required with Passenger Endorsement if operating passenger shuttle buses.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or combination of education/experience.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English; clear oral communication.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends if needed.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling and maintenance tasks.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance per facility checklists.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow from entrances and ramps as directed.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor.
• Maintain neat appearance and complete uniform before shifts; cover cashier duties as needed.
