Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring Shuttle Drivers in Des Moines, IA. Candidates must hold a valid CDL license with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card. You will ensure safe transport of passengers, perform vehicle inspections, and deliver excellent customer experiences daily.

Shift availability including potential 3rd shift and weekends may be required; a clean DMV record and professional appearance are mandatory. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License: Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, keep bus interiors clean, fuel buses, log trips.
• Be at work on time, in uniform, and maintain safe driving records.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain DMV record.
• Notify management of accidents or safety hazards and assist passengers as needed.
