Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to our warehouse locations and return with full trailers. You will operate a tandem tractor trailer or straight truck, following DOT rules and safety guidelines.

Training is provided in Temple, TX, with opportunities for growth. The role requires a valid CDL A with Doubles, 6–12 months driving experience, and the ability to work a Sunday–Thursday night schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A license with Doubles Endorsement.
• 6–12 months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Drive and deliver trailers on intrastate/interstate routes.
• Turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
