Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. Duties include safety checks, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries, with a 6:00pm start and Sunday-Thursday shift.

Role requires a CDL A with doubles, 1+ year of commercial driving, and the ability to lift 60-90 pounds. Benefits available, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus under certain conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• DOT Health Card valid or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to route schedule.
• Complete daily hours of service in the log.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep trailers clean.
