Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Texas to transport empty trailers to warehousing locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. You will operate a tandem tractor/trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, adhering to DOT rules and safety standards.

The role requires a CDL A with doubles, 21+ years old, and a clean MVR. Training includes 2 weeks in Temple, TX with sign-on and incentive programs. Competitive benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months commercial driving experience.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass tests.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks on tractor/truck and trailer per DOT.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Drives and delivers trailers on scheduled routes.
• Completes daily Hours of Service logs.
