Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transports guests safely to their specific destination.
• Handles guestse2 baggage with care and assists with loading and unloading baggage from the vehicle.
• Communicates with team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensures vehicle meets safety and security protocol.
• Inspects vehicle daily and corrects defects or issues.
• Completes a vehicle inspection report in accordance with standards.
• Services and maintains the vehicle in accordance with standards.
• Records mileage and destinations.
• Ensures all traffic laws are obeyed while operating and parking the vehicle.
• Maintains both interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area.
• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
