Schedule Adherence: They follow a specific shuttle schedule, ensuring that pick-ups and drop-offs occur on time, and may keep logs of trips, distances, and times.
Safety and Compliance: Shuttle drivers ensure passenger safety, comply with traffic laws, and follow hotel policies. They are responsible for the security of guest belongings during transit.
