A Hotel Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from the designated locations. The primary objective of this role is to provide a comfortable and efficient transportation service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shuttle Operation:

   • Safely operate the hotel's shuttle vehicle, following all traffic rules and regulations.
   • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
   • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle both inside and out.

2. Guest Assistance:

   • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with luggage and boarding.
   • Provide information about the local area, tourist attractions, and hotel amenities.
   • Assist guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.

3. Safety:

   • Ensure the safety of passengers by obeying all safety and traffic regulations.
   • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, such as accidents or medical incidents.
   • Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any accidents or incidents to the hotel management.
