Job summary

Ashley Furniture, part of Regency Management Services, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the showroom floor while continuing personal sales. You will coach and develop the team, model exceptional guest service, and drive sales with hands-on leadership.

You'll work with the Sales Manager and Store Manager to motivate staff, close opportunities, and maintain a customer-focused, high-energy showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Continue personal selling while supporting the sales team on the showroom floor.
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, selling, and closing.
• Coach and encourage sales associates to stay focused on goals and customer needs.
• Assist team members with sales opportunities and closing strategies.
• Share product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Help create a positive, competitive showroom environment and onboarding/training.
