Ashley Furniture is seeking a Selling Manager to support the Store Manager and aid in management duties. You will oversee showroom departments, monitor sales performance, and help set future goals while addressing guest issues and inventory placement with the Visual Presentation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing all departments in the showroom as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Reviewing sales including margins, volume, quotas, and closing ratios while suggesting future goals.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with customer-related issues escalating above the Guest Experience Manager.
• Coaching staff to build individual and team success in a professional manner.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and coaching the sales team and evaluating performance.
