Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years working in the retail industry; 4+ years supervising in retail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interview and staff retail location.
• Flexible hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all showroom departments as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Review sales metrics, margins, quotas, and closing ratios; set future goals.
• Coach staff to achieve individual and team success and resolve guest issues.
• Collaborate with Visual Presentation Manager on product placement and policy communication.
• Prepare and deliver staff trainings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
