Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• No travel required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and perform duties in the absence of management.
• Open/close store with keys and alarm code.
• Daily sales reporting to retail leadership.
• Oversee the sales floor during high volume; support sales team and help meet financial goals.
• Lead Sales Associate: model exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain showroom visuals per merchandising guidelines.
• Grow your client base and drive store sales through follow-up and outreach.
• Share insights with product, marketing, and technology teams.
