Job summary

Joybird showroom in the La-Z-Boy Incorporated family is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Lead to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Base compensation starts at $18/hour with uncapped commission on all sales (2%) and a monthly bonus opportunity of $500. Weekly hours are 40, with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k with company match, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and perform duties in the absence of management.
• Open and close the store with keys and alarm code.
• Daily sales reporting to retail leadership.
• Oversee the sales floor during high volume and ensure financial goals are met and guests are served.
• Lead Sales Associate role as a role model in sales and customer service.
