Job summary
La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Lead to drive store sales in our Joybird showroom. Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
- Knowledge of furniture industry a plus.
- Proficiency in Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store and perform duties in the absence of management.
- Open and close the store with keys and alarm code.
- Daily sales reporting to retail leadership.
- Oversee the sales floor during high volume and support the team.
- Lead by example in sales generation and customer service.
- Maintain showroom design and visual merchandising standards.
- Grow and maintain a client base through outreach and follow-up.
