Job summary

Freshwater Stone is seeking a Customer Services and Sales Specialist to engage with clients on kitchens, baths and interior projects. You will represent our established brand and drive showroom interactions.

In this fast-paced, in-person role you will build relationships, schedule visits, coordinate with team members, keep up with design trends, and help close sales while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; College Degree is a plus (preferably Marketing, Interior Design / Home Fashion, Retail Sales)
• Experience: 2/4 years of relevant experience in the retail showroom environment or customer service role providing excellent customer service preferred
• Microsoft Office, Photoshop & AutoCAD or equivalent is a plus though not required (must be willing to learn)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive and productive business and customer relationships as a face of our well-established brand
• Plan and execute in-person appointments at our showroom with prospective clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure success
• Remain educated on current design trends in the industry
• Ensure merchandise displays/drawers are maintained within the showroom
