Waterworks is seeking a Showroom Client Support Specialist to manage client orders from pre-order through shipping, ensuring timely delivery and delivering the luxury service experience our brand promises.
The role also supports showroom operations, including receiving and sending shipments, inventory transfers, and refunds, all in a fast-paced, design-forward showroom environment.

The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders. In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping; ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand. You will also help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving/sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds.
