Working Solutions LLC is seeking a customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. This role guides clients through product selection for kitchen and bath projects, building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will develop relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers, prepare quotations, manage projects from consultation to completion, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, showroom, interior design, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable using technology, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide expert product selection guidance and design assistance.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders.
• Manage projects from consultation through completion.
• Follow up proactively with customers throughout the sales process.
• Research product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process returns according to company policies.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
• Participate in training, product knowledge sessions, and industry events.
