Freshwater Stone seeks a Showroom Sales Specialist to guide clients through design and execution of interior stone projects, combining design expertise, sales, and project coordination for an exceptional customer experience—from consultation to installation.

You will lead client interactions, develop proposals, manage multiple projects, and contribute to branding and content creation. This hybrid role emphasizes high-touch service and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of showroom, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong interest in interior design and materials.
• Photography/videography or visual-content creation preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• Ability to lift and handle stone samples up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through design and execution of interior stone projects in the showroom.
• Oversee projects from proposal to final installation and billing.
• Deliver a welcoming showroom experience and maintain displays and samples.
• Capture and edit photo/video content; contribute to marketing efforts.
