Job summary

Pool and Spa Depot in Cool Springs, TN seeks a Sales Product Advisor to convert showroom visitors into buyers and deliver consultative service across a wide range of pools, spas, and accessories. You will leverage product knowledge, maintain showroom presentation, and collaborate with service, installation, and admin teams to ensure seamless follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in big-ticket sales, home improvement or pool/spa experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances).
• Background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products preferred, but not required if transferable skills are shown.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom visitors into buyers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Leverage product knowledge to guide high-value purchasing decisions.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and enter data into Counterpoint, vtiger, and SharpSpring.
• Maintain a well-presented showroom with cleanliness and merchandising.
• Participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and admin teams for seamless follow-up.
