Job summary

Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing qualified candidates for a Sales Product Advisor at our Tullahoma showroom, TN. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of big-ticket sales experience and a background in home improvement or pool/spa products is a plus.

Compensation typically ranges from $76k-120k+ based on hourly wages, commissions, and margins, with potential to exceed $100k for top performers through initiative and results.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances).
• Background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if transferable skills are shown.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom visitors into buyers with a consultative approach.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and follow-ups using CRM platforms.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication.
• Guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions with product knowledge.
• Complete sales documentation accurately in company systems.
• Maintain a well-presented showroom with organization and merchandising.
• Participate in sales events to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and admin teams for seamless follow-up.
