Job summary

Pool and Spa Depot in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Product Advisor to convert showroom visitors into committed buyers with a consultative sales approach. You will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and help customers choose from our extensive pools, spas, and related products.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of big-ticket sales experience; a background in home improvement or pool products is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales.
• Background in home improvement and/or pool products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-ups using SharpSpring.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Leverage product knowledge to guide high-value purchasing decisions.
• Complete sales documentation accurately in Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring.
• Maintain a well-presented showroom through organization and merchandising.
• Participate in sales events and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue.
• Overtime and weekends may be required; peak season up to six days per week.
