Job summary

Pool and Spa Depot in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Sales Product Advisor for our showroom to convert visitors with a consultative sales approach and leverage our extensive product lineup across pools, spas, and services. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in big-ticket sales; home improvement or pool/spa knowledge is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $76k to $120k per year, with best performers earning over six figures through commissions.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances).
Background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products preferred but not required if transferable skills are shown.

Responsibilities

Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers with a consultative approach.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-ups.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Leverage product knowledge to guide high-value purchases across our range of pools, spas, chemicals and services.
Accurately complete sales documentation and enter data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
Maintain a well-presented showroom through organization and merchandising.
Participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and engagement.
Collaborate with sales, service, installation, delivery, construction and admin teams for seamless follow-up.
