You’ll leverage extensive product knowledge across pools, spas, and accessories to guide high-value purchases, deliver outstanding service, and maintain an inviting showroom.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in big-ticket sales, a passion for home improvement, and a willingness to work overtime including weekends during peak season.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales.
• Background in home improvement or pool/spa products preferred.
• Ability to deliver a consultative sales approach.

Responsabilidades

• Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers with a consultative approach.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Leverage product knowledge to guide high-value purchasing decisions across products/services.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and enter data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring.
• Maintain a well-presented showroom with cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.
