Job summary

Behind the Design in Loveland, CO, is hiring a full-time Showroom Coordinator to support the office, showroom, and installation schedule. You will be the central contact for clients from initial visit through invoicing, ensuring a smooth, organized experience.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a friendly, team-focused attitude. On-site with a workweek of Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, project coordination, customer service, or showroom sales preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments, show product samples, answer product questions, and occasionally close a sale.
• Schedule installations and manage installer calendars, coordinating with in-house crews.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clients with project updates.
• Call new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Prepare and send contracts using DocuSign.
• Handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks.
• Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory.
• Keep showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
