• Prepare and send contracts using DocuSign.
• Handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks.
• Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory.

About the Company

We are a growing home improvement company based in Loveland, Colorado, serving homeowners across Northern Colorado. Our showroom gives clients a hands-on look at our products, and our in‑house installation crews handle every project from start to finish. We take pride in great customer service, quality work, and a friendly, easygoing workplace.

About the Role

We are hiring a highly organized Project Manager / Showroom Coordinator to keep our office, showroom, and installation schedule running smoothly. This is a full-time, on‑site position ideal for someone with experience in office administration, project coordination, customer service, or showroom sales who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be the central point of contact for clients, from their first call or showroom visit through installation and final invoicing. If you love staying organized, juggling priorities, and helping customers have a great experience, this role is for you.

Location: Loveland, CO 80537- Full-Time, On-Site

What You Get:

• $25 to $28 per hour base DOE + 5% commission on any sales closed and discretionary year end bonus
• M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm
• 2 weeks of PTO in Year 1 prorated from start date, 5 sick days (after 90 day probationary period), and 8 paid holidays
• $200 per month health insurance stipend
• Company-provided laptop

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clients with regular project updates.

• Receive deliveries, organize warehouse inventory, and keep materials ready for installers.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily desk‑based, with time spent on the showroom floor
• Some warehouse work, including occasional heavy lifting (assistance is available)
• General cleaning and organizing of the showroom and warehouse
