Job summary

Cambria seeks a Showroom Manager and Designer Sales to oversee the Cambria Showroom within our Sales and Distribution Center in Denver. You will deliver a white-glove experience to trade partners and homeowners, drive showroom traffic, and host design-focused events.

You will collaborate with field sales and influencers to expand residential interior design partnerships. You will manage everything from brand presentation to samples, marketing literature, and expense tracking, while mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field.
Minimum four years’ experience in a retail or showroom environment, with residential interior design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive Cambria sales by presenting a white glove service and experience within the Showroom.
Manage the overall look, brand and customer experience in the Showroom.
Plan, manage and host events within the Showroom, independently or with the Sales team.
Assist consumers and/or trade professionals with design solutions for their project.
Build relationships with field sales to support their efforts.
Maintain Sample and Marketing literature inventory.
Influence Cambria sales by driving showroom usage with trade partners and influencers.
Develop outreach plans to grow showroom traffic, especially among residential Interior Designers.
