Cambria is seeking a Showroom Manager and Designer Sales to run day-to-day operations at the Denver showroom within our Sales and Distribution Center. You will deliver a white-glove experience to trade partners and homeowners, while driving showroom traffic through outreach to interior designers and influencers.

You will manage events, support field sales, and maintain product literature, samples, and showroom supplies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum four years’ retail/showroom experience.
• Experience with interior design industry is a plus.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee showroom look, brand and customer experience.
• Plan, manage and host in-showroom events.
• Assist consumers/trade pros with design solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales to support selling efforts.
• Maintain showroom samples and marketing literature.
• Update supplies and submit show expenses timely.
• Develop outreach to trade partners and influencers to drive traffic.
• Host trainings and product knowledge sessions in the showroom.
• Lead communications between homeowners, partners and Cambria reps.
