Job summary

Behind-the-Desig in Loveland, CO, is seeking a highly organized Showroom Coordinator/Project Manager to keep our office, showroom, and installation schedule running smoothly on-site. You will greet clients, present product samples, schedule installations, manage calendars, handle invoicing with QuickBooks, respond to emails, and provide regular project updates from first visit through final invoicing.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9am–5pm, PTO, holidays, health stipend,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in office administration, project coordination, customer service, or showroom sales
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments, show product samples, answer product questions, and occasionally close a sale
• Schedule installations and coordinate installer calendars with in-house crews
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clients with regular project updates
• Call new leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Prepare and send contracts using DocuSign
• Handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks
• Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory for installers
• Keep showroom clean, organized, and presentable
