Next Door & Window is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to warmly welcome customers at our Naperville, Burr Ridge, and Arlington Heights showrooms. You’ll manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and guide product choices, ensuring a stellar customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, showroom, hospitality, or similar is a plus.
• Able to greet customers, schedule visits, answer calls and emails, and guide product selections.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly.
• Help customers with product selections and questions.
• Learn products and installation process to be a showroom resource.
• Coordinate leads and appointments for in-home estimates.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with events.
